Coordinate calendar, travel, meeting and schedule arrangements for the Chairman, staff, business partners and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment and facilities as appropriate.
Administrative and functional activates include but are not limited to:
taking phone calls,
maintaining personal and business files,
corporate record keeping for multiple entities,
note taking and creating documentation,
translation of documents/ email En/Ro and Ro/En.
Handles financial and accounting matters for the Chairman with confidentiality.
Prepares and sends business and private correspondence.
Visits of stores and preparing feed-back presentations.
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Able to adapt quickly, handle multiple task and prioritise.
Discrete , reserved and able to handle business, personal information with the highest level of confidence.
Good knowledge of Office, Power Point, Excel. Availability to travel and visit stores nationally.
