Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers about reservation related situations, cancellation of confirmation by the client, commissions that the platform perceives them from them, the price per room;

  • Providing customer support, with situations related to cancellations, reservations, refunds or advice on the platform side (market quotes, analysis for profitability, statistics on placing in the market.

Skill & Experience

  • 0 - 6 months of relevant work experience;

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
