Job Description

Gi Group is looking for Customer Support Specialist with German / French / Polish / Turkish for the "Digital Power Department"of our global client acting in the field of telecommunications and IT.

Location: Bucharest

Schedule: Full-time, Full-office, Monday – Friday, 10:00-18:30

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for level 1 technical support, provide solution to customer via email, phone and other channels;
- Output customer issue analysis report, improve customers’ satisfaction;
- Onsite support for major or critical problems.

Skill & Experience

- Education: University degree;
- More than 1-year customer support experience;
- Fluency in English with minimum B2 level in German/ Italian/ Spanish /Dutch/ Polish/ French/ Turkish;
- Good customer communication skills;
- Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy;
- Power system or renewable energy industry related experience (For candidate who speaks only English).
