Job Description

COMPASS Projects & Logistics is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarder to join our team at the Port of Constanta. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, particularly in import/export and transit operations, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic, global logistics company.

Position: Freight Forwarder
Location: Port of Constanta, Romania
Experience: Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding, logistics (import/export, transit)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process for international shipments (import/export/transit).
- Handle documentation, customs clearance, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, shippers, and clients to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Solve operational challenges, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all shipping activities.

Skill & Experience

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on import/export, and transit services.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
