We are seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to join our Good2Go team. Our mission is to offer consumers a modern concept of convenience stores that provide easy access to a variety of products, including beverages, coffee, snacks, special nutrition items, toys, newspapers, books and more. The successful candidate will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing the external accounting team, and supporting strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee outsourced accounting activities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Maintain compliance with local tax regulations

• Support financial planning and analysis

• Collaborate with various departments for efficient financial management

• Participate in formulating company strategy and supporting tactical initiatives

• Oversee all aspects of financial operations: accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions

• Report financial results to General Manager, Management Team and shareholders; prepare management reports as requested

• Ensure compliance with monthly and annual financial statements, and international financial reporting standards

• Monitor the maintenance from external accounting team accurate record-keeping for fiscal authorities, auditors, and cash balances

• Arrange debt and equity financing

• Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and improvements to financial processes

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, financial advisors, Accounting company and provide strategic financial insights

• Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities

Skill & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance

• Over 2 years of progressively responsible experience in financial leadership roles, including accounting

• Proficiency in ERP accounting software

• High level of PC skills (Microsoft Excel)

• Fluent in English (oral/written)

• Strong leadership qualities

• Teamwork and collaboration skills

• Results-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Retail sector experience preferred
