Job Description

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be working closely with customers and internal clients, as part of the Export Sales Team, to deliver best results through excellent client-oriented communication.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a very good communicator, highly motivated and ambitious person who will be in charge with: 

• Works in close cooperation with all internal departments to obtain additional information related to open projects, whenever necessary

• Communicates with internal departments regarding orders, production capacity, transport and other issues related to the orders processing

• Informs the customer on any modification that appears in the order status

• Ensures the customer receives all the relevant documentation related to orders (invoices or other documents if requested)

• Be the support and the interface with the production site for the customers

Skill & Experience

• English, written and spoken - advanced level; 

• Hungarian language, written and spoken - advanced level, it is an advantage

• Customer oriented attitude

• Organizational skills; Good communication skills

• Good IT skills - Excel, MS Office

• Problem-solving attitude and attention to details

• Experience in the field of customer relations is not mandatory, but an advantage
